Our goal is to find a great fit between organization and candidate. Candidates should closely review the Position Description as this document is carefully created to outline the opportunity and list any application requirements. Do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have questions about the opportunity or if you want to "float" your resume to see if it might be a good match. We also always welcome nominations. 


In general, candidates for senior level positions should provide a full resume and a letter of interest that reflects a close reading of the job's priorities as listed in the Position Description. We also ask all candidates to provide a list of professional references. The number of references will vary based on the phase of the search and level of the position, but please include at least 5 initial contacts when submitting your resume and letter.

We understand the need for confidentiality during potential professional transitions. We always welcome confidential inquiries and can work with you to maintain confidentiality through the early phases of the search.

Some searches move very fast and others do not; we work with complex organizations and the pace does not necessarily reflect the strength of your candidacy. We do our best to keep candidates informed along the way, and you can always reach out to us for an update on the status of the search.
